I don't see why I would use this card. Why not just both players draw 2 cards instead of 1?

Well last time I did something like that everyone hated me for life. Something about nightmare, I think. I didn't really get it.
Or was that when I prevented draw completely? ... Yeah, that was Pause | Replay.

I suppose I can make it draw two cards, but that idea seems kind of overused.

I agree with Chapuz here. This has an equal impact on both players. Therefore, the cost really needs to be a looooooooot cheaper.

No, I meant the idea is overused, not the card itself. Tons of people came up with 'draw two cards' lately.

Think I agree with what's been said above.

The effect is weak and difficult & limited to use properly. Especially given that it can be destroyed with PC, I don't think it's usable until the cost goes down to something like 4|3 at the most.

Bear in mind that it affects the opponent first. It would be much more useful if you drew no cards first and then 2 cards next. Otherwise, the most likely course of events is, you play this card, your opponent draws 2 cards, and then explodes it. If you want to have the opponent draw 2 cards first, then you should draw a card when you play this card.
