Play unupped PvP (or 'PvP1' as it's called). Also, join Weekly Tournies, they are usually fully unupped events. Cya! ;D

welcome and thanks for the flatter tho i'm actually not a veteran.
to get upgrades, you just need to grind. tutorials and the deck ideas will be helpful
