Can a creature have two active abilities? In any case, stealth is more suited to be a passive ability that can't be targeted by mass-cc or lobo.

I guess a weapon is only considered a creature if its flown?

Decrease the cost of the creature. I don't think I want to use 5 :death on a creature that has only 3|2. It has a great ability, but it's still very easy to kill.

Compared to parasite|bloodsucker, its ability is very strong. Possible ability cost increase instead,

Yes and yes. That's why it costs 5 for 3|2.

In this case active only means that it can be lobotomized. This really only refers to one card -- the lobotomizer weapon, since mind flayers can't target it.

IIRC the way the game is coded doesn't allow creatures to have more than one active ability.

Increased ability cost to  :darkness :darkness. Because the ability can be buffed I think it's fair to say that it's better than Eagle Eye, so 2 :darkness is fair, even off-element. I don't think it's balanced to lower the casting cost, so I'm keeping it as-is for now.

OE+FW is 2 cards + 6 :air + mono snipe + 5 damage per turn, or 1 card + 8 :air + mono snipe + 5 damage per turn.
Grave Lurker is 1 card + 5 :death + duo snipe + 3 damage per turn.

There is a discrepancy of 3 :underworld. 1 of these comes from the duo cost, and the other 2 :underworld probably come from the less damage. The ability to be untargettable by other creatures only is worth around 1/2 :underworld if I had to say, so 5 :death is fine.
