Summaries to follow. 6 AM games aren't very fun. Z_z
Game 1: 1 pillar start. Boo. He's mono-entropy rush, and I'm hoping he's not carrying anti-matters. I plop an early Sanctuary in play and use my rewinds to knock back his solo dragon into his hand - it was a weird ping-ponging case, but as time went on, more of my Light pillars started to show up, and I was able to get out some damage (a Sword and an angel, specifically). His anti-matter wasn't a shock; I prepped accordingly by rewinding the negative angel and replacing it later on with a Dragon and Angel for the finishing blow once my sword whittled down his HP. 1-0
Game 2: 1 pillar start AGAIN. But this time he busts out a discord, and I'm in trouble, because even with more pillars flowing in, Sanctuary can't be played still. I frantically slop one on but realize he also has Abominations in his deck, so I try to rewind his creatures sequentially in such a way that he won't always have access to his amethyst behemoth, but alas, his quanta was far faster and his sword kept slapping away at my quanta pools into the mid-game, and I couldn't quite recover. 1-1
Game 3: 2 pillar start, but essentially a repeat of game 2. Oof. 1-2
Game 4: 2 pillar start again, but no sanctuary in hand, and his top-decked discord just slapped me around for kicks while I barely managed to get out any damage. Maxwell's Demon and Dissipation Shield popped out at last second (interestingly enough), and I was pretty amazing at how many cards Entropy shoved into this quanta-heavy deck. 1-3
Good games Odii. I just wish I got more pillars when I won those coin tosses...
