Indeed, you'll often find that it can take up to a day to get feedback on a card.
More than likely, people just haven't had a chance to get a look at it till then (especially on days like today where there have been a couple of dozen posts).

Generally you don't need to bump a card until it falls back a page or two. Even then, its best to wait a couple days to give other people's cards a chance to be read.

That aside. Mass rewind is a fun concept. I'm pretty sure its been done somewhere before, though I don't remember exactly when / where.

I've never seen the skeleton idea mixed in with it though... Exactly how would that work out?
Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?

Similar to mutation it would be based on a random number generator, either you move back in time (cards come to hand), or move forward in time (creatures accelerated to death, hence skeletons).

Ah... got it.

Will cards that change to skeletons trigger death effects? If so, this could be very fun to use with :death / :time decks.

The mass rewind potential is very powerful though... Perhaps it should also drain remaining :time quanta, like fractal and sky-blitz

I listed that at the bottom of my post, forgot to put in card image.  Yes, it triggers death effects, since they are fast forwarding to their death. :)

Very nice. I will keep an eye on this one.

... On a different note. The artwork appears to be copyrighted. You will need to provide proof that the copyright owner has given you permission to use it here.

Try looking for artwork from wikipedia or sxc.hu . The images you find there are almost always public domain, so you won't have to worry about it so much.

That aside. Mass rewind is a fun concept. I'm pretty sure its been done somewhere before, though I don't remember exactly when / where.

I think you are thinking about this
Time Anomaly | Time Disruption

That is mass copying, similar to fractal but for all creatures on the field.  This is simply either all creatures return to hand/deck or they die and become skeletons.

Makes for a good mass rewind effect when combined with nightmare...
or a good anti-deck out measure if used with fractal.
