The damage scheme will be 25% catapult.
E.g. Damage = (HP*25)/(HP+25), rounded up …So a sapphire charger would do (5*25)/(5+25) -> 5 damage.
Incidentally, this works out perfect because diminishing returns begin for creatures of 6 HP and up. So gravities one creature that automatically gets momentum will be an optimal candidate.

What happens if two allies would hit the same enemy? … Its going to be a very bad day for that enemy because they will take damage from both… tough to be them.
The casting cost probably needs a little work. I tried basing it off of a 5 point version of firestorm since Sapphire Charger would be the most likely candidate for use here. On the one hand, this spell could do very massive amounts of CC damage... on the other hand, it is not guaranteed to do the same amount of damage to every enemy... In fact, it might not even hit every enemy. This makes balancing a bit tricky. Any advice, suggestions, etc. is welcome.
