My only issue with it is that it could be used to reduce, say a dragon, down to a measly 1|4 and delay it to boot...
I think there needs to be a safeguard of some kind against that. Seems a little too prone to abuse.
As something used for allies only it would be excellent though. Slight double edge, lots of possible uses.

AHH! That makes much more sense now.
The synnergy with blessing, chaos power, and SoW is going to be ugly. I'm not sure if it will be OP or not, but for the purpose of examination, consider the interaction between 2 commanders and a blessing...
turn 1 ->
bless A, hit B -> gives a 4|7 and 5|14 ...
turn 2 -> hit A with B -> gives a 9|21 and a 5|14
etc...
Takes a few turns to build but it will snowball very fast.

At the least it will require some decent logistical skills to abuse optimally though.

It comes at the cost of Growth, but comes with a Delay.

Just realized the abuse of buffing itself for a bigger boost.  I'll add a clause for that...

Commander cannot target itself now.
Increased delay from Compound to two turns.  It cannot stack.

The phrase "according to" makes the card text clunky.  Here is one idea for improvement.  I verified that it fits on the card.

I like it. A very flexible Earth card that be partnered with the buffing and debuffing elements.
