I like this card a lot. I do believe that the status 'airborne' needs more cards to embrace it other than Shard of Freedom. As for cost, I think this card is fairly balanced. It could end up helping the opponent's creatures as well. It limits your usage of targeting spells on your own creatures and potentially on the opponent's. Good idea.

I dont think it is useful enough to earn a slot in a deck of mine.  Id add "at the end of the 2nd (³rd) turn all airborne creatures gain +1/+0"

I think the lack of usefulness stems from the fact that it is a weaker Cloak that costs more to play.
How about making this card Air’s “Cloak” (sort of like how Wings is Air’s “Phase Shield”) and having this card give a longer protection effect to airborne creatures such as :

Your airborne creatures are Immaterial for 4 turns.

I'd prefer to retain how it affects both sides.  That being said, it could probably do with a cost drop...
