Quick notes before I head to work:

If at all possible, I want to avoid AdrenaTitans this round. Granted, it's won 2/2 so far, but that's why I expect people to expect it. If we do decide to bring it, we should probably brace ourselves to lose it if it loses.

Did we Salavage the RTs from last round? (Don't really have time to check Vault). If we did, a Time mark with RT splash is fully possible. If we put a few Pends, we can drop the Eternity in, but with 1 only Eternity it seems like a waste.

What about those Discords we Salavaged last round? Possibly a duo with Emerald Dragons/Discord/the other Entropy cards we Salavaged? Discord would come out late, but it might be enough to stall out the other deck for us to rush them.

I believe we have enough cards for 2 PUgons (possibly if we don't use Dragons in the Entropy duo above). I'd like to see 2 of them at once if possible.

Maybe it's time to pull out Frogtal, too.

Just some ideas, I haven't had much time to look at last rounds decks (for other teams, that is) and I won't have time until... possibly later today, depending on work.

Thanks for setting up the OP, math.

I expect us to run into a problem with Pends and Pillars this round, though I haven't looked at any specifics yet.  We barely managed to sustain the decks we had last round, and we're discarding quite a bit this round.

Yes, we salvaged 6 RTs and 1 Eternity last round.  Discord duo is also possible.  Frogtal is a very good option this round, I think.

The problem that we had last round was just that opponents didn't react the way we expected them to.  Against opponents like Aether it's never going to be possible for us to devise a deck which counters everything we're expecting from them.  I never would have expected Pandebonium from Entropy...our Air duo actually counters that too.  However, it's interesting to note that if we hadn't relied so much on what I thought that some of our matchups would have ended up differently.  For this reason I'm going to refrain from giving feedback on what I think we should do for a bit.

S/D/C

Discard:

fire stall: -4 fire pillar/pend, - 3 bolts, - 4 pots, -2 heals  this deck did really bad against deuce, maybe its because he had a good amount of swarm capability, but idk, we can save 3 bolts to use in that adrenastaves / fahren as  a substitute for delfags,

phoenix duo: -2 deflag, -5 phoenix, - 8 pillars/pends, idk if we want to save phoenix, but its is still possible to run then in a duo, if thats the case, then we can discard some of the frogs instead of phoenix

mitodragons: -15 pillars

mono life: -4 cockatrices, - 11 pillars

Salvage:

water darkness domination: we cant do a darkness dom with only 6 cards, conversion fodder

gravity disco/bh bow: we can get fog shield and add some anti-airborne/discord/fahren protection or use it splashed with some SW for a rush, other than that nothing very useful here

Conversion:

we gonna need to convert some pillars to feed decks, maybe heals, carapaces, the last cockatrice

So I guess we're all done with War then?

Hardly. I meant to give my thoughts on deck ideas last night, but with the storm I ended up working an extra 4 hours. I barely checked the forums before I went to bed last night, much less posted deck thoughts.

I do have work today, in about an hour, so I won't touch Salvages/Discards, but I think we might end up needing to Salavage conversion fodder so we can stay in War, rather than Salavage with the hopes of new decks. Not sure yet.

Note: All deck ideas are made without Vault open. I don't know what our current Vault is, because I've gotta leave soon.

Entropy: How about Frogtal? IIRC, Frogtal is one of the few decks which is reliable against Pandebonium, and that's one of the decks I'm expecting to see.

Death: How about that RT splash? The RT should, in theory, severely slow down a Grabbow. If they have Pandebonium, RT splash will probably lose though. I'll come back to this later.

Water: How about... that Entropy wrecker? I'm only glancing at the decks they've used, but most of their decks seem like they'd fail against Wings.

Time: Oh boy...I'm not sure honestly. First thought was for an Entropy duo, but then I saw the amount of Sancs they have. Granted, we might not end up facing off against their Sanc deck, but if we do Discord is useless. Possibly PUgons? Adrenastaves is wrecked by RT, and I fully expect them to have RT.

Light: AdrenaStaves with Deflag. About my only suggestion. If they try a OTK (like they did during our last round last War) we're probably gonna lose. Be sure to make it 31-32 cards, just in case it comes down to stalling.

Fire: PUgons? I don't know. I'm rushing at this point, I've gotta get ready for work. I'll come back to this later. Tonight, not tomorrow. Promise.

Please forgive anything that sounds like gibberish or is horribly misspelled. I don't have time to proofread this before I post it like I usually do.

So I guess we're all done with War then?
Sorry, I've been studying my butt off all weekend for a big exam on monday, and haven't had a good chance to look at this.

...now taking a bit of a better look,

regarding salvage: from Bell's match maybe 4 steal and 2 daggers, we can try to find some use for them splashed in somewhere, or just use them as conversion fodder.
from Will's match maybe 2-3 fog shields(an extra shield for our air duo), 2-3 discord(can splash these with the other  :entropy cards we got last round for some kind of duo maybe), and 1 adrenaline(never know when we might get a chance at another one, take it now as they're usually pretty useful)

regarding discard: (I'm not as sure about these, i'll take a better look at this later)

regarding matches this round: vs :entropy , maybe use the airstall, they also face  :darkness , :aether , so i feel they may take their PC there, giving us a chance with our airstall.
vs :water or :light , maybe bring out the Frogtal or try AdrenaStaves (not sure which one would be better to use which against though)
vs :time or :darkness , might be able to use PUgons against one or the other
vs :death , not really sure yet.(maybe try for AdrenaTitans)

I'll try to take a better look at this and take a look at the vault in a couple hours.
something....something....something.....

gonna list here the decks that the enemies used in previous rounds, some of the decks might be discarded already, but we need some kind of direction to know what are we sending:

decks we have:

adrenatitans
adrena staves / fahren duo
scorps gravity duo
tu gons
frogtal
mito dragon chimera
discord duo
rt splash mito dragon
air duo
tu gons 2 (maybe)

:death

EQ duo
TU gons (dim) and fractal mummy/gons/nymph (dim)
psion/lightning duo
darkness domination
grabbow
catatitan (they build from the salvage of air, likely to be dead)
wings duo

they got some fast decks, adrena titan seens to do well against p much everything

:entropy

pandebonuim
fractal gons (dim)
deflag splash
lycan duo
disco eq bow
sanc stall
grabbow 2 (dbh oriented)

outside from frogtal, we dont have any deck that can do well against pandebonium i think, this deck can even do well against our anti entropy duo

:water

darkness dom
grabbow
pu/fractal gons
fire duo (fire bolt/fahren)
nt earth
physalia duo

wings duo seems good, it only loses to firebolt duo and dragon deck

:time

sanc duo
ug dial/houglass
ghostal
poisondial
pharaobow/discord
ghostmare
fire duo
grabow eq/rt duo

dials stops alot of our offences, and taking in cosiderantion that they are facing fire (bolts), grav (catatitan), air (ug, bone wall poison duo) the chances of facing some dial deck rises,
tu gons with silences looks like a strong pick here, silence can do well against dim/dial chains and rt spams, dims do well against discord if you got enough pillars so that the quanta scrambles 6 aether and the chain start, excessive number pillars also helps against ghostmare,

other rushed can also do well here too

Versus Death if we feel like AdrenaTitans is going to be too obvious then I believe AdrenaStaves should perform just as well if not better.

I went ahead and experimented with a few decks several hours ago and put 4 of them into the vault just to see how our Pillar/Pend situation looked with what I would consider to be ideal discards/salvages.  Even with the 4 we're exceeding our limit, and that's not good at all.  Trying to find a way to work around this, but...it's not easy.

Salvaging: 6 Water pillars, 5 Gravity Pillars, 1 Adrenaline -> 11 Emerald Pillars/Pends (NOT converting Adrenaline), depending on which we need more. Whatever deck we could field with Salvages is severely outweighed by the fact that we need pillars.

Nature's Wrath: 5 Phoenix, 2 Deflag, 2 Adrenaline, 2 Frog, 4 Pends (Total: 15) This removes Nature's Wrath from our Vault, but leaves us with Deflags, Adrenaline, and Frogs to spare.

Fire Stall: I shall take out my disappointment in this deck by suggesting we remove it from the Vault: 6 Fire Lance, 4 Rage Potions, 2 Fire Pillars, 1 Fire Pendulum. (Total: 13)

MitoChimera: Ow, this one is gonna hurt. 2 Chimera, 1 Mitosis, 12 Emerald Pillars. There's no real way around it: Either lose the Dragons (which we need for PUgons) or the pillars.

Mono Life: Another painful one. 4 Cockatrice, 2 Adrenaline, 1 Frog, 7 Pends, 3 Pillars (or some other split of pends/pillars).

As for the decks I said "I'll come back to later" I'm still pulling up a blank. Throwing AdrenaStaves at Death might be a good idea, and that frees up the RT splash, which might work well against Light... assuming they don't bring DimShields. Really not sure.
