I start with an early arsenic. Eventually he plays a dim shield, and I wait for a second nova. Suddenly he gets out a dragons and fractals it, and there is nothing I can do to stop him from killing me.
Match 2 - Loss:
This time I manage to get a bone wall out to protect me from his dragons. I destroy one of his dim shields with an explosion, but he quickly gets another one up. My bone wall is destroyed and I play a fog shield. It doesn't help me as much as I thought it would. He plays a purify to stop my poison damage and proceeds to destroy me with his dragons.
Match 3 - Win:
At this rate I thought I was gonna lose the game. I get lucky and get two novas in my starting hand. I get a lot of damage out on the field but he stops it with a dim shield. After a few turns I manage to draw an explosion, and I win.
Match 4 - Win:
I get no novas on my starting hand, but I quickly draw two. I get out lots of damage fast and quickly destroys his dim shield for a win.
Match 5 - Win:
He gets out a dim shield while I draw creatures and gets more damage out. I destroys his dim shield and gets him down to 8 hp with 4 poison. He gets neither anymore dim shields nor any purify. I win.
