I believe this is too UP.

Protect Artifact and Quintessence cost 1 and 3 quanta, respectively, and are much stronger than this.


Well, I suppose this could also be used as CC, but it's still too UP.

I feel like a single creature/PC would still be too UP, even if you increased the cost by a lot, as PA and Quintessence do protect the creature/permanent from anything. (I do understand that this is more flexible, as it can target both).

I guess my suggestion would be to make it more expensive but change it to ALL creatures/perms costing 1 or 2 more.

Intangible makes me think something like: physical damage doesen't affect this creature... if you use GP on this creature only spell will kill it, but this is just what I think thinking about Intangible things

This is a perfect rush card - splash a few of these with all your other creatures, and all their CC now costs 2 more. That can be quite powerful.
