Prizes

1st	7,000 electrum + Nymph/Mark + Trophy (Forum Icon)
2nd	5,000 electrum + Nymph/Mark
3rd	4,000 electrum
4th	3,000 electrum
5th	2,000 electrum
6th	1,000 electrum

Players who lose their quarterfinal (Top 8) matches will compete for the 5th and 6th place prizes in a mini-tournament. Prize-eligible players (namely, ones in the top 8) who leave the tournament without notifying the Tournament Organizer of their intent are considered to have forfeited their match, and also their prize.

Special Rules

• Shards are not allowed.
• Each deck must contain exactly five permanents, five spells, and five creatures.
• You cannot use the same element for permanents, spells, and creatures (pillars, pendulums, and marks exempt).
• Each individual group must be made up using the same element.
• All cards with cost are banned.
• All cards with zero cost are banned.
• Earthquake, Nightmare, Unstable Gas, Fire Bolt, and Discord are banned.

A: Sure. Foe example you can use creatures from , spells from and permanents from , but you cannot use in both creatures and permanents. That's easy, right?

The tournament title says unupgraded, so no, upgrades are not allowed.

Hmm..Starts at 2AM for me, the morning of a workday...

I have 3 questions:
1)Only trios, right? (noob question, title says trio, but nothing about it in rules)
2)Is QP allowed?
3)So the "skeleton" building deck is 15 cards (5 spells, 5 creatures, 5 permanents) and at least 15 pillars/pends?

Well, it looks like quantum pillar is allowed if you want, although I can only imagine maybe one deck under these rules that could actually make use of it.

As for the trios, you will by necessity need three elements due to the spells, permanents, and creatures having to come from 3 different elements, no more and no less, but it looks like your pillars/pends could come from other elements if you wanted, at least the way the rules are written, i.e. the following deck would be legal: (horrible on purpose so nobody can say I helped you build a deck, only to understand the rules as written :p)
