It would retain the attack.  Momentum and Immaterial are to be replaced by Envenom.

1) It does not fulfill a role other than giving Arsenic to Earth.

Also, weapon PC to an extent.

I would expand it to a duo ability cost for :earth :death, but the current system would not allow that.
