Rutarete
NOTES:
Smoke is a one-space Cloak. It has the same effect as cloak. There's not going to be a wind factor, because that's just making it complicated. Each time you use Burn a cloud of smoke appears adjacent to another cloud of smoke(this is of course at random). Smoke will be represented by some little symbol in the corners or something, on the inside of the card, I think. Note the word in the text 'around'. This is to prevent total coverage.
However, there are two ways to go about this. 1: Make it so that Smoke goes away after a while and allow the original smoke spreader to hide itself, or have Smoke be permanent and the spreader not be able to be hidden by it. (or at least by its own smoke)

The name is in japanese, the unupgraded being Tree of 1000 leaves, and the upgraded is Tree of 10000 leaves.

Just for the sake of simplicity, why not just say Cloak adjacent creatures?  And then explain the thematics in the notes?

Hmmm. From what I can tell, a permanent cloak around one or more spaces on your field, be they filled or not, for 2  :life + 2  :fire, compared to Cloak: 4 :darkness for three turns: nearly balanced. Any changes would have to be submitted by better men than me.

I could, however, rig up an art really quick if you don't feel inclined to change the name anytime soon.

Intersting method of providing some anti-CC into :life . There is still a lot of room on the card, so it might be good to provide a little more explaination into the card text though since players may not intuitively know what "smoke" does.

As an amusing sidenote, "Chibaki" sounds very close to a word in the Seminole languate that roughly translates late to "complaining"... It gave me a chuckle
