Can target cards in your opponent's hand.  Prevents that card from being played for a turn. Delay from Archive does not stack. Archive is prohibited if your opponent has Sanctuary up. Just to add on for further notice, Sanc will still stop Archive from acting on a card that's already in play.

Ha! Great idea. But why do you need to upgrade a +1 cost? The ability cost is enough, you don't even need the extra attack.

It delays the permanent and gives you the ability to play a 7th+ copy.
So we should examine all permanents that have increasing returns.

Examples:
Dimensional Shield: 6 + 1 card => 3 Turns each (capped at 18 turns)
Dimensional Shield Archive: 3 + 6 => 2 Turns each (no cap)

Sundial: 0 + 1 card => 1 Turn each (capped at 6 turns)
Sundial Archive: 3 => 1 Turn each (no cap)

Excellent for usage with Sanctuary.  I still wish Time had its own form of healing, but the idea of a versatile healing accelerator is excellent.

Actually, Dimensional Shield can still effectively do 3 each, since it stays on the field the turn after its last blocking, with a 0 counter on it.
