"players may ban 3 cards" do we each ban 3? Do we agree on which 3 to ban? Those bans apply to all 5 games in a match right?
"You may not use an off-element card more than once per match" So if I am not in life trials, and I used frog in round 1, I can't use it any of the other 4 games?

Is that actually 33%, or should it read "one third"? For a 30 card deck, 33% rounded down is 9 off-element cards but one third rounded down is 10 cards, so there is an important difference between the two.

Is the rule intended to only punish winners for not posting? It would be more equal to apply a 2 point penalty to anyone failing to post

I think the rule is intended to ensure legal decks were used by winners as there have been a few such cases already where illegal decks were used and matches had to be continued. I think for next trials, the rule should be to post decks immediately (maybe give 24 hrs).
