's nerutoxin, as the potent nerutoxin would be overwritten by the more controllable fire, allowing a window with which an opponent could attempt a burst of card playing, while free from the nerutoxin's effect.
However, while refuting that possible combination, it seems like it would work nicely with poison decks focused on

's deathcrawler and

's nightfall, as well as opening up interesting avenues of card development in the future-
Does one go for the faster burst approach of

's burn, Or do you play the long, risky game of

's nerutoxin?
Also, as a creature that has death effects of it's own, it does indeed generally synergize well with

.
It does encourage

's purify, but for the time being the element of

appears to have a low standing in the current meta...
