All creatures get antimatter/All creatures get antimatter.

if you are serious about this one should be all "opposing" creatures get antimatter otherwise will be useless in many situations

You don't play any creatures, the opponent fills it's space with monsters, you use this, you win, no matter what.
Unless the guy can kill all of his creatures.

I like the ideas and think that there should be a new environment space.

Doesn't flood essentially fill the role of a water environment card already?

Maybe like flood they should cost the amount of quantum each turn to avoi rainbow abuse.

If one card effects both sides (which I think they should) then what happens if your enemy wants to play one but you've already played one would it just destroy yours and replace it with his or would you have to destry the other one first.

I think this would be a great idea to boost mono-decks and make them more desirable than rainbow (eventually) and they should have a visual effect on the shield once again like flooding does with the watery effects on both the top and bottom rows.

I would also like to see something for other elements along the lines of eclipse and flood.
