NOTES:
Part of a mini-series that benefits you by giving you an 'advantage' with drawing certain types of a cards. The 'top' card is displayed as a miniature card above your deck - mousing over the card will display a larger image, like most cards ingame.

Each turn, before you draw, Focused Tinkerer checks the top card of your deck. If it is a permanent, it is added to your hand and you draw the next card normally instead. The draw effect happens only once per turn.

I chose this card's element to be Gravity because Gravity overall feels very 'mechanical' based (both in theme with cards like Armagio and Catapult and in mechanic with cards like Momentum and Pulverizer). With a focus on improving technology, it seems natural for Gravity to have a 'mechanic' that helps to construct and prepare permanents to be cast

Card can trigger ability multiple times but not if you have a full hand.
Pillars and pends cannot be drawn by the ability.

I don't like how this potentially allows you to draw 7 towers in one turn if you had 6 of these creatures out.  Having a free extra draw power every turn shouldn't come cheaply.

Questions:
Is the ability active or passive? (lobo-able)
Should this maybe be usable only once per turn? - if it isn't already. As in, not twice if you have 2 of them out.
Maybe simply looking at the next card would be good enough? Instead of drawing? -- I'm not sure about that actually...

I can't think of any other questions atm..

I don't know why, but when reading it I assumed it was non pillar/pend.

Pillars and pends cannot be drawn by the ability.
Permanents are (usually) less common than creatures in a deck, excluding Pillars. The cards that this would be really useful with (Sanctuarry/Dimshield and all their counterparts) would force a duo to work at full efficiency.

(Of the three, I think this is less likely to be nerfed than Grateful Oak.)
