Drake_XIV
NOTES:
Instinctive means that the effect will take place when it can and if it can be paid.

In the case of Sacrificial, it is limited to any situation in which your creatures would take be killed.  When it does, Sacrificial will be automatically played from your hand and negates the effect if you have the quanta.

Sacrificial would keep the creature's HP at 1.  If the creature initially has 0 HP, such as Spark, it will stay alive for one turn.

Does this target a single creature or, as a spell, does it affect all creatures for 1 turn.  If it is the latter, then I think that it is OP with mass CC.  The first case seems fair though.

It only reacts to when one creature dies.  If several would have died as a result of Mass CC, it protects only the first one.
