Is this a global effect or a single target effect?
Seems awefully powerful as a global effect, but might be reasonable given the turn restriction.
Only issue I see is how to implement it since it is a spell, and spell effects tend to only last 1 turn... It could proc a debuff to all cards in play, but then new cards would be unaffected.
I was actually thinking about it similarly. If it only affects one target... maybe it should cost less as it would be like a freeze or something, except slightly worse.
If it affects the whole screen, maybe it should be a permanent like Cloak where it lasts only 2 or 3 turns.
And as a
card... a lot of the effects in
are really important for the functioning of the deck. Like the effects a dying creature triggers. So maybe the card's effect should belong in another element. With a new spin on what it's called, like fog, or something better than what I can come up with on the spot.
