Stats will reset.  It'll act similarly to Swarm, but I didn't think of wording it like that then.  That and I didn't think of a decent variable to represent time.

And the idea was to give Procrastination some use.

Yes.  But if multiple Kairomancers are out, only the first is delayed, as there will now be a delayed creature.

If only one is out, Instance activates after the attack, so it attacks every other turn.  And since it does that, it will gain +2|+2 from itself.

No, it allows Kairomancer to achieve 1.5 | 2 damage per turn on average.
