That aside, I like the balance mechanism of having quanta production doubled for both players. Nice card.

Because it's too massive. Imagine having 8 time pillars.
While this card is in play you can play a precognition, activate 4 electrum hourglasses and still have enough quanta for an unupped GoTP.
And that's just for 1 turn.
If this continues on for 3 turns, that's 3 GoTPs out and 15 cards drawn in total.
Or you can play a GoTP and a devonian dragon each turn.
That's 3 GoTPs and 3 dragons in 3 turns or 48 damage per turn, 16+32+48 = 96 damage total.

The star means you have posted in this thread.

I recommend you actually get the drafted card art up by using the Card Image Maker.  Even if the actual art part is blank, it helps fill out the page.  Also, you need both names in the title of the thread.  So, edit it so it reads:

This is needed even if both cards have the same name.

I actually wanted to do that, but before the diarrhea thing I didn't know I had to upload the images to imgur first so I thought the images didn't show up because I didn't put the art in. Done now. Looks much better.
