Ah, let's see.  The place, Bronze Arena.  AI uses Nightmare on a Forest Spirit.  A few turns later, after drawing with Hasten [I had drawn a Blessing, which I used on the Warden] and ending my turn, the message popped up informing me that I had to discard a card from my hand.  Then the outline of a card popped up with no image and the cost next to it.  Going over it gave no card information, but I assume it was the other Hourglass in my deck.

Rapid Draw problems
Symptoms:  Not drawing a card you should have, despite having room for it in hand.  Being forced to discard an invisible 99 cost card
