If the target player or owner of the target creature does no have any quanta, Smite deals 7 damage instead of 3.

shouldn't "player" be replaced with "owner"?

I also like the mechanic. Theme-wise though, it's called Smite, yet you're giving 5 quanta. Why?

No, because unless they can expend that or you drain it, it is impossible to deal that 10 damage again.

Probably 10 damage is too much. Other bolts can do it too, but they require to actually have a lot of quanta, while here not

But it is only a 1 time chance of 10 damage in almost all situations.

It seems a bit too powerful for . It seems almost like a mini immolation, granting 4 as well as dealing 3 or 10 damage to an opposing creature.
