How is the balance for this? It lets your opponent draw more, but it is an extremely useful beatstick for 3|2 that deals 6|5 damage. Is the effect active or passive?

...except sundial prevents this from attacking. Assuming you draw 6 silences + 6 sundials, that's 18 of your opponent's cards gone. I wouldn't put it past the good rushes to rush within 5 turns, especially since they have 6 under sundial to potentially setup.

A very interesting card btw, nice balancing mechanic by giving your opponent's cards

Simple and unique, I like the implementation. Its one of those rare suggestions that I would actually love to see myself playing and make others think twice about always having 30 cards in deck.

Nice idea, but this completly overides GotP. It is MUCH cheaper, has almost the same amount of attack/hp, and, if planned well, can also be used with nightmare.

this fits a completely different niche from gotp, yes you can nightmare it, but why?  its cheaper, but it lets your opponent draw, and as elements currently has very few other ways to mill, that is unlikely to help you, though i do admit i am hoping to go towards a mill archertype eventually (my Yoink! suggeston advances that as well)

This... would greatly benefit the plethora of stall decks already existing.
The problem with giving the opponents advantages in return for your own is that opponents only are able to use those advantages (Unless it's HP, but you can't do that with creatures) the next turn. (This is, by the way, the problem I find with void cards.)
