There were a few key cards I needed to win:
- Siphon Life on early Destroyer
- Vampire + Eclipse for good healing
- Early Dagger
- Nightmare on (near) empty hand
Never drew either Siphon Life nor Eclipse and only barely managed to win the first game by getting the last two. Drew Gargoyles and quanta aplenty, though. Started with 4 quanta sources in all games but the third: the only game where vagman didn't have everything setup from turn 1.
Game 1
Won:
7 ttw tanks to Nightmare and an early Dagger.
Game 2
Lost:
Early Dagger and Nightmare, but too much quanta topdecking and not enough other stuff to counter his zomgwtfbbq start. Still extremely close.
Game 3
Lost:
Early Dagger, asploded, stole his, also gone ;_;
All I could do afterwards was play a Gargoyle pretty much every turn knowing it wouldn't be fast enough.
Game 4
Lost:
Might have won if that last card was a Nightmare instead of a Darkness Mark.
