While it may seem like it took three tries for me to get the title right, I maintain that it was a plot by the evil Warmasters and has no reflection on my attention to detail. But maybe it is a good thing I am not in charge of our vault.

I saw a Time mark and thought Monotime would be an easy win. Boy, was I wrong.
Game 1.
Started with some Pillars/Pends, a RoL, a Hope, and 2 Fractals. Everything set up quickly. I ended up with something like 13 RoLs and whittled him down easily. I was confident but realized Eternity lock could be problematic. 1-0.
Game 2.
16 cards in and 0 RoLs. Bad break, but it happens. Amusingly, I generated enough
quanta to play a 0-strength Hope. 1-1.
Game 3.
14 cards in and no Hope. I was also low on quanta. I delayed getting the RoLs going in hopes of drawing a Hope because I figured a horde of Ghosts would outdamage me easily. I was already behind when I started rolling and could not Fractal enough to keep pace. 1-2.
Game 4.
Started with a pretty good hand. I quickly drew into the combo with 2 Fractals. My hand was pretty clogged, but I still managed something like 10 RoLs. A swarm of Reverse Times shrunk my army down, but I was still holding the Ghosts at bay. I was down pretty low (21 health or so), and I was concerned that more Rewinds and Eternity would shrink my Hope enough that the eventual Dragons would be able to finish me. Fortunately, his rewinding order allowed me to replay my Dragon which shortened the game by several turns. 2-2.
Game 5.
Started with the combo and several Pillars/Pends, but only one Fractal. I was concerned that I would not be able to generate enough RoLs to weather the storm of Reverse Times, so I waited hoping for a second. I played Silences to get them out of my hand, and when I realized that with 1 more
quantum than my Pendulums generated I could play Hope and Fractal with a near empty hand, I played my RoLs and hoped. He dropped his third Ghost and bounced one Ray, but I was good. He eventually got my swarm of Rays to 7, but no Dragons appeared but mine. 3-2.
It felt weird being against my old team, and I certainly understand why 10 men likes Eternites so much.
Thanks, Zso_Zso, for such a fun and exciting match. You played well and were a pleasant opponent. I wish you and Team
the best of luck in your other matches.
