Wow.
GAME 1: Darkness mark. PC splash was a likely matchup, but I was at an advantage all in all. Awesome draw, was about to get an early fractal when Hyro stole one of my pends. I topdecked a Steal and took it back to reach exactly 10 quanta. I didn't lock him 'cause he had too much quanta, but I just fractalled my vamps, stole his fog and claimed the first win!
GAME 2a: Early timeout. Meh. On my side, I stole his Vamp Dagger, his fog haxxed his dragons and he couldn't keep up even with a 6x cards Nightmere in my face. On his side, he won, probably because the fog haxxed a bit less. Replay.
GAME 2b: Cool game. I had a plan for Nightmere, and it worked. I waited around a bit until he Nightmered a Dragonfly, stole his pillar, and had enough
quanta production to play all the dragonflies he gave me, plus one of the Sky Dragons he graciously lend me too. His fog shield didn't help my horde of
air darkness creatures!
GAME 3: Heartbreaking game. He didn't make the mistake to nightmere his dragonflies this time. He managed to give me 6 Dragons, then kept nightmering me to deny my draws. He had a dragon out against my Vampire and Minor Vampire, we started trading blows but he drew more and more quanta while I drew two Fractals, occupying the only two card slots I had. I managed to discard some of his Dragons and fractalled Vampires. I was at 35, a second dragon hit his ground alongside a Dragonfly and I had three free spaces in my hand. With a Nightmere, 33 damages. He didn't play a nightmere and my Vamps healed me back to 34... and he was down to 1 hp. He played a fog and a LS on his dragon. I was literally praying that enough vamps managed to go through his fog... Whew. VERY close game.
