The General's Checklist

With round one underway and a variety of new procedures in place, the Warmasters thought it'd be helpful to have a checklist on hand for what needs to be done each round.


By the end of the dueling Phase each round:

• Duels should be completed (duh).  If members cannot make their matchups happen Generals should arrange for a replacement according to section 3.4 of the rules and continue communicating with the Warmasters.
• A summary of the battle results and deck used for each match should be posted in the Battle Results forum according to section 4.1 of the rules.
• The Lieutenant should post in his/her secret section's Support Team actions thread according to section 7.2 of the rules.  Anyone other than the Lt who edits the Lt's post in the Support Team actions thread invalidates the Lt's post for that round.

By the end of the deckbuilding Phase each round:

• The General should update the Member Roles thread with each player's role and matchup.  The Member Roles thread may be edited by those with modrights in their secret sections.
• The Scout should post in the Scouting thread.  Anyone other than the Scout who edits the Scout's post in the Scouting thread invalidates the Scout's post for that round.
• The Strategist should verify the Deck Compliance tab in the Google doc has the correct deck for each player and that no errors are shown.
• The Strategist should also verify the sdcpa tab in the Google doc has been completed correctly.
• During the next and all subsequent deckbuilding phases, Support Team battles will take place.  So by the end of the deckbuilding Phase each round:
  
  • Support Team Duels should be completed.  If members cannot make their matchups happen Generals should arrange for a replacement according to section 3.4 of the rules and continue communicating with the Warmasters.
  • A summary of Support Team battle results and deck used should be posted in the Battle Results forum according to section 4.1 of the rules.
