I think you need to put what the skills do on the actual card, similar to acceleration/overdrive, since the skills would be newly introduced.

Awesome card there moomoose! It perfectly fits with the AIR element! However, I'm confused about the Regather and Condense effects. Their costs are different yet... have the same effect...? Either way, I get the idea. Best AIR card I've seen on this board! Props!

Joking aside, this is a really cool card. The unupped has great sinergy with Acceleration. I feel a deck coming on...
