is too much for just turning it to Other. The real benefit, as i can see, is only with Fractal and Mitosis. Nightfall is rarely used outside monodark or duo

, and the -2|-1 debuff it could provide is nothing big, as they would probably have an army of Devourer or Vampire anyway. Counter-flooding is too situational to be useful.
Suggestion:
make the card costs 5
|3
and same effect unupped or upped, or make it costs 7
|5
but turns it into perma and affects all creatures.
