furballdn
NOTES:
This was sort of hard to balance, as all other cards can easily be abused by rainbows. The main purpose of making this was to give entropy, light, life, time, and death some direct, fast creature control. Rainbows can also use this in rainbows, but this has much less shine than lightning, so rainbows are better off using that. This card can only target creatures, so the cost is 1 less than the other bolt cards. The 10 quanta requirement for 4 damage may look hard to get, but it allows for some synergy with rustler and solar shield.

Upon second thought, i think the cost should be raised by 1 for each. I'm not sure I like the idea of free CC that much.

I've heard quite a few replies saying a zero cost card for CC is bad. So what should the cost be then? 3|1? 2|1? I can edit this right?

My main concern is that perhaps I should use a different formula for calculating damage (6*quanta)/(quanta+6) looks like a good formula, with it being more effective to quanta short decks and not as useful to rainbows. How does that sound? If I do use this new formula, should it be able to target players?
