i like it, fit entropy with its randomness.  I might use it in my life deck help my froggys a little.

Overall: Card: i really like the idea 10/10        Art: amazing, 10/10 and +1 karma.

By "random skill", you mean the mutations skill list?

Yes it uses the mutation skill, minus the statuses
Any ability gained over rides previous ones (activated only overrides activated, passive only overrides passive)

I agree with BeerTeddy. "Surgeon" is too precise, not random at all...

Name can be changed anytime, but when I was making this card I thought to refer to this as a "surgeons" knife as it auguments the creature with a new skill, much like a surgeon that do implants and stuff ^^.

I wouldn't call it a lobo, since the skill that replaces the previous skill may aid your oppenant more than it's original skill, it's more of a risk. I would rather use this on photons though xD

Yes photons would be good to use it on.

It does Lobo in a small way but could be counter productive (ie Creature with Steal or Destroy) just like Mutation really sometimes you give them a great creature sometimes not.

I like this card and the idea behind it, fits well with the current synergy of Life|Entropy and works great
