A few words for my team mates:
I'm glad that I was able to get you lot for my team. You're active, friendly and generally fun to be around. When an opponent sees we're facing them, I know they will have mixed reactions. On the one hand, they will know that they are now facing the searing might of the Fire element, directed by a team which is both hard working and highly experienced in pvp. On the other hand, they will also know to expect an enjoyable match, with friendly banter instead of bickering. We will represent Fire as a team both honorable and powerful. I'm looking forward to winning this War with you, and unlike similar statements that will inevitably be made in many other element's speeches, that's no mere wishful thinking!

Wow. Impressive. U really take the effort into putting this wonderful speech. I am pretty sure Team Fire will have a fun time in this war. I really like the speech. It really gives a good impression in this team. Simple speech and yet it portrays everything Team Fire expects from its member and the promises and fun it will provide.

Supporters: Are you sure we should party like this?? We have a war going on and don't you guys suppose to reclaim back what we lost?? 
Fire Team: Of course we are prepared. But it is important that we do not forget ourselves. We are friendly and we want to maintain that although we will challenge friends in war. When we claim back what is ours, we will make sure this PARTY is BIGGER and MERRIER with more people from all other elements. We will treat all our opponents the same way we treat each other now. With respect and honour. To foster a better friendship with all others. Never to ridicule and suppress others. Our team is an honorable and friendly team though we are a powerful and destructive force  to reckon with.
Supporters: ** clap clap** Aye aye. But just to show us some demonstration, can we see that we are not supporting a too carefree team. something to make us feel confident and fearful of the power of fire at the same time?? At least we know the opponent will never look down at us seeing us having a party.
Fire Team: ho ho ho... so you want to have a taste?? Then let me show you something we are all familiar with. Explosions and fire!!!

Yeh just saying sot, if you somehow don't want Glenn (after he beat you & napalm), he basically fits your speech to the letter.  Also, I don't think theres anybody more active than he is. (And just look, he has first post, he obviously wants a spot )

Everyone is a critic:
Even tho the skirt of the lady in the art makes it look like she could either be coming into existence or disintegrating, the little rocks parting away from her shoulder gives the feeling that she is actually disintegrating. You could say this is just how she is but she looks unstable (so: no) which btw is what makes her kickass!

A lady made of fire disintegrating does not appear to be promoting your element in my eyes. Unless you meant that fiery lady is napalm, in which case it could be fun and cruel at the same time.

PS. Your warrior concerto link doesn't work. I searched it in youtube, is this it ?

Just for extra info to those who are reading this thread. And to those who are supporting the fire team. Fire team is a friendly and joyful team. We love music and you can notice that in our banner. Stay tuned in this thread for extra features that are coming. For a team to place music and  friendship as a priority, you can be assured you will know how awesome fire team is.

We are now having a preparation for war to reclaim the forum. Please support us. Remember to vote for the fire team when the poll starts. Give us suggestions and how impressive you think fire is. We are sure to keep up to the expectations, but with your support of course. Fire is small alone but with a fuel of support and enthusiasm fire will be a source of comfort and protection in your darkest hour.
