Whoa there. Upped and unupped have completely different abilities. This card seems more like a beatstick than a ability at first glance (and darkness really doesn't need a middle-high range hitter). Other than that, the unupped one has terrible synergy with devourers, and seems mostly to punish duos, trios, and swarm (firefly in particular) decks. Dunno how balanced either are, especially considering for the upped one, each individual devourer counts as a stack.

That card text scared me at first. I suggest rewording it to "All quanta stacks produce 1 less quanta." and "Your stacks produce 1 extra quanta."
