Am I right in assuming that the malignant cells are added randomly? Or do they get put on top.
Also, with 3 alfatoxins, does this mean you get 3*#poison counters added to deck?

Interesting ! When someone told me about making aflatoxin able to affect player, I had no idea how to implement the aflatoxin idea to a player, and here comes the solution !

it is a very annoying card... i think it should cost 6 ... very great concept!

  with card denial? i love it! but its too cheap for such a powerfull effect although you might require a respectable amount of poison in your opponent in order to effectively wreck its strategy

It's not that powerful of an effect. Just 1 or 3 cards. Yes, the effect grows with more, but I feel that it's a bit high in the cost for me to use it.

I think 4 | 4 would fit better.

its so easy to put poison counters on your opponent that i think the cost of this card is balanced... just bring poison in you deck and its 2 (or 3 if upped) more dead cards in its deck. bring arsenic and it will add a useless card every turn if not destroyed... nah the cost is right i would lower it if it wasnt so easy to add poison counters
