ART: waterzx IDEA: waterzx NOTES: Remake of one of my super-old card ideas. I didn't notice its potential until about an hour ago. Why is this card useful ? 1. Use it as a cheaper version of Fractal 2. Delay deck-out <-- Good combo with RT 3. Deny opponent's draw <-- Good combo with RT The upped version only affects one player so you can avoid side effects of the unupped version e.g. giving opponent a card advantage , denying yourself a draw, etc. SERIES:

It's an interesting idea... But rather situational. Many times it would help the enemy as much as it helps you. I suppose the cheapness of the card offsets it, you could use it to get another tower. The more i think about it, the more uses i can think off. Right now, I approve of this card, but just barely. I like this card. (I read the upgraded version again)

For the unupped version, there are ways not to help the opponent.

You use Precognition / Mindgate to see what he draws. If he got a pillar (and he already has a lot of pillars), you can use the mirror to deny his next draw

You can also use RT to make him draw a creature (probably a very expensive one), then mirror the draw

A possible deadly combo I've thought about : Ghostmare + Silence + RT + this card = Terrible draw denial. You can deny a single play and 3 draws.

How would this card work with nightmare, or fractal? In other words, would it be a specifically drawn card, or would it be cards generated to the hand. Also if you played this in combination with reverse time, how it would work?

It means card you draw from the deck. So Fractal and Nightmare have no effect on it.

If you use RT on opponent's creature. Opponent draws that creature next turn. Then you use this card, opponent will receive that creature again.

Nightmare, RT and this card can be used together to stop opponent from drawing a useful card.

Hmm OK. I can't think of anything else that could affect this card ATM. For now, I think this card is well situated.

I think it should be cheaper, 1 for the upped version. This card effectively becomes your last drawn card for a price of 2 and increases your deck size by 1. Compare this to precognition, a card that effectively reduces the size of your deck by 1 and allows you to see your opoment's card for a cost of 1 .

Well this card doesn't necessarily become your last-drawn card. You can hold it in hand until you draw a useful card, then mirror it to get one more copy.

I don't think comparing it with Precognition is fair because both cards have very different functions and roles in a deck.

Uh the fact that you can chain this forever is kind of ehhh IMO. Sure it locks your draw too but you can just use it when you're winning the damage race.

You can also lock a draw using nightmare or RT. This is why Ghostmare is so strong.

I think I got what you meant. Keep mirroring this card over and over again is indeed horrible

But the chance is probably low for this requirement :

1.You are winning

2.opponent has no cards in hand to out-damage you

3.the card you give to opponent is not a useful card

4.and you draw this card at the right moment
