Not sure if either of these have come up before but, I got two ideas for dragons.

A Rainbow Dragon. (forbidden dragon?)  (help me with a name...)
Play cost  15 :rainbow
Creature card
Stats    6|6

Alternatively, 30 :rainbow  10|5
or...                6  :rainbow    3|3

And this other one...

Dragon's Nest.
Play cost 10 :rainbow
Permanent card
All dragon play costs halved.
Notes: Does not stack. Thinking about adding 50% chance to kill each dragon in play when all nests are destroyed.

<^> All things must come to an end. The things that you loved, and things you hate, but much more pressingly, the timer to the bomb that's in the room with us.

I don't think  :rainbow should have its own dragon because it's not an element. Also, if you had a picture of what the card would look like I think this topic will get more attention.
Hey there

Ok then, how about a dragon that doesn't belong to an element. Like a Forbidden dragon?

And as for art, well, I want more feedback and opinions before I invest time in acquiring or making that.

For the dragon's nest idea, I think that generating eggs fits more thematically.

Unupped:
Dragon's Nest  8 :rainbow
4 :rainbow : generates an egg (50% chance to be a dragon egg, 50% chance to be a fate egg)

Dragon Egg (not standalone) 8 :rainbow
1 :time Hatch into a random unupped dragon

Upped:
Dragon's Nest 10 :rainbow
4 :rainbow : generates an egg (75% to be a dragon egg, 25% to be a fate egg)

Dragon Egg (upped; again, not standalone) 8 :rainbow
1 :time Hatch into a random upped dragon

I'm not sure about all the numbers; substitute whatever you think is balanced in.
If you think dragon egg spam is OP, then force the dragon's nest to fallow for a turn or 2 after each generation.
PVE shouldn't be all about copying a deck code and converting time into electrum, score, and potentially rares.
If the only way to derive fun from a game is its PVP content, then non-hardcore players a.k.a. the mass are alienated from the hardcore community.

Yeah, I was thinking about having it generate eggs, but a dragon deck to me is one already full of dragons. My idea came after supernovas were nerfed because it put a big hole in the most effective way to put a rainbow of dragons on field. I wanted to reduce the cost of dragons in hand somehow. It'd be balanced, because you'd have to rely on the odds of having this card in hand to get those expensive dragons out. It'd be useful enough to be incorporated into multiple rush-style decks.

Plus, I don't like the 50% chance to be a fate egg. This is an all-dragon theme.

If I took your route I'd go with something like a 60% chance to be some form of standalone weak dragon. Kind of like my Forbidden Dragon idea.
Except much weaker...
Costs 6  :rainbow
Stats are:    3|3

But then I'd be starting on a bit of a dragon series of cards...
