It happens to me several times when I was testing my deck in arena. I put my dissipation field but creatures continue to damage me without momentums through shield.

You have a sanctuary out. Sanctuary cancels out dissipation shield's effect.

That make sense, my idea was to create unbeatable combo with dissipation and sanctuary but developers think of everything :(
