This is a simple rainbow neurotoxin deck. You know the drill. Pendulum, SN, scorpion, buff. Enjoy!
Also has CC and PC against opposing threats.
Why the random Arsenic? Well, poison stack with neurotoxin, and it can also helps rack poison.

Mods:
-2 Arsenic +2 Dune Scorpion for more consistency
-2 Thunderbolt (or -2 Explosion) +2 Wings for stalling
-2 Thunderbolt -2 Explosion +4 Sundial for alternative? -2 Blessing +2 Unstoppable if so.

Weakness including:
BH, obviously
Purify, more obviously
Faster rush, less obviously

What about other scorpions? Like forest scorpion? or deathstalker (though that might clash with arsenic). Have you also considered perhaps a fog shield or something for defense? What about sundials for extra stall?

I'd recommend something like this for general poisonbow.

Wings because the match won't be really long anyway, and you have enough quanta for it.

Neurotoxin decks normally need a reliable method of stalling, such as sundials or RT. With only 2 thunderbolts, this will likely be overcome by most decent rushes, even with a turn 1 buffed scorp.
