First off, I would like to thank willng3 for performing a 100-game test with this deck (a well deserved +rep to you). It yielded the following results (he probably has some more extensive test details; comparisons can be made when he shares them):

I designed this deck with the newbie in mind. It is fully non-upgraded, rareless, and weighs in at just 1033 electrum. I also specifically tailored it to make it appropriate for farming AI3.
Nova: Your main quanta generation.
Quantum Pillar: Sometimes Novas just aren't enough. This is one of those times.
Graboid: The main damage source. They are plentiful and powerful.
Lycanthrope: Powerful attackers that can also draw CC away from more valuable creatures.
Poison: Fast, reliable damage that gets around shields.
Momentum: Gets around shields and can also save a creature from CC.
Adrenaline: Shriekers have 8 ATK, which just so happens to be one of the magic numbers with Adrenaline. It also helps get around Bone Wall.
Deflagration: Sometimes you just need to get rid of a pesky shield or weapon.
Mind Flayer: One of the most useful additions to the deck in my opinion, this card can zap Otyugh, Maxwell's Demon, and countless other dangerous creatures that the AI3s control.
Blessing: Makes a creature deal more damage and saves it from CC.
