Interesting. A couple of questions:1) Will effects continue counting down while out of phase? E.g. freeze, delay, counters on sundial, etc.2) By permanents do you mean only non-creature objects or both creatures and non-creatures?
A couple of questions. Why is it worth 4|3 quanta when it's way less powerful than steal or deflag?Would this make mono aether too powerful now that it has PC, CC, immortal creatures, and a powerful shield?

I didn't say anything about it being OP or UP. I'm asking your current opinion on it. It looks fine to me. Just asking your thoughts on it and synergy with aether, as well as why you chose the cost.
How would this affect pillars and such? Just null the entire stack? How does it affect things with counters (e.g. Wings, Sundial, Cloak)? Will the counters pass when out of phase, or will that be frozen too?
Another question. If the hypothetical Dim Shield stall battle do happen, if i use this on opponent's Dim Shield, can he use another Shield that's undistorted? (to replace the distorted one) Or does this act like freeze, freezing the weapon slot instead of the weapon itself?
It's worth noting that the permanent itself is affected, not the slot (so replacing an affected shield would override this effect).
