That limits it to Golden/Electrum Hourglass, Sundial, Mindgate, and several weapons.  Unstable Gas doesn't count since it blows up...

Will it be overpowered if passive skills are included ?

Well, if you did, it'd create a Time-based DeflagStick, which would be OP considering the costs.

But I'm torn, actually.  As much as I agree that Time needs the PC, I just don't like how this one works out.

Changed the definition of degradation and erosion

Balanced by the fact that it needs at least 3 / 4 turns to destroy a permanent
