Typically I see this fall to faster poisons or burst fire decks. In a prime target competition though it becomes seriously tough to beat.
Now, the highest dps element (fire) is a useless cripple (see for yourself, there are almost no viable spells in the element under these rules).
Without blessing or parallel universe, divers just dont pack the same wallop.
Accelerate is out as it costs 3 to cast
With these major dps players gone, this may just be the fastest dps available.
Steal and pulverizer are now the only shield counters (no momentum, deflegrate, or butterfly effect!). Short of plague, there are no available ae CC's.
Without bolts and ae spells, you are left to scarabs or otyughs to kill them. Previously, voodoo dolls were a good deterent to plague decks... they are now gone too

Steam machinces or rage + auburn nymbph combos might match up... Anyone care to do the math on that?
