NOTES:
aka Pot of Duality (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Pot_of_Duality)

"summon" means play from hand, "generate" means to make it appear on your side of the field through any other way.
The effect is activated at the beginning of your turn after you draw your card.
If the creature has been removed, is frozen, or is delayed during the period of time when the effect would be activated, then the effect is negated.

Here's how the effect works. First, you draw 3 cards (if your hand space allows). Then, for each Water creature you had drawn by the above effect, you draw 1 extra card. This means that you can quite easily fill up your hand if you have Water creatures in your deck. Then, if there are more Water Animi on your side of the field, you draw more cards via their effects. After all of that, before you can play any cards, you are prompted to discard (into your deck) your choice of 3 times the number of Water Animi you control, up to 8. The cards you shuffle back into your deck can be any card in your hand, even if you didn't draw them via Water Animus's effect. As you can see, you can just as easily force yourself to start a turn with an empty hand if you play more than 2 Water Animi in one turn.

The card text made me think it counted water creatures in play, rather than drawn by this card, until I read your explanation.  The card itself seems balancecd to me, and while not overpowered, does have some use, as it provides a way to potentially gain card advantage (in water decks) or get another chance to draw something useful (in any deck).  For instance, if you are flooded with cards you can't use for some reason, you can play this and replace them with 3 others.

Eeeh nice card it remind me of some MtG card (that I liked a lot : compulsive search) too.

Looks like a very good card even if waiting 2 turns seems quite long

About the confusing card text...
Yeah, this series is getting pretty annoying because the activation condition takes up the whole top half of the card text. Do you know any way I can reword the description of the effect so that it both fits the card and isn't confusing?
