as far as beats the crap out of monos- doesnt hurt rainbows. Gravity is already anti rainbow with black hole. if the goal is to beat up rainbows, why wouldnt you just skip out on this card and pack some black holes?
This card would have two main strategies. In water based duo-> CC buff to flooding, with a some quanta drain as a bonus. In gravity based duo-> boost to quanta drain versus monos with 5 quanta drained instead of 3 with a small chance of killing creatures on a flooded space.
Still not sure what the best mix of drain and flooding is. But regardless, this is meant to Buff flooding, not out class it. Im also thinking I might want to reverse the elements here. I could make it a water card with a gravity cost. Call it lunar tides or something...
