ART: public domain: http://www.sxc.hu/photo/1046179 http://www.sxc.hu/photo/776370 IDEA: moomoose NOTES: this is basically damselfly or ash eater, etc, for , but instead of having +1 atk or +1 hp, it has a situational ability.  at the moment cloak is the only invisible card, but many other cards have been suggested making use of cloak, or giving alternate means to produce invisibility. i tried to find something more techy than a lightning orb, but its slim pickings in public domain. the quanta generation is an active ability, "observe and report" is a new passive which spots invisible cards. Cards that act similar to the other 'quanta-generators' like Dragonfly, Gnome Rider, etc. are always nice, but I think the unupped name on this could be simply changed to 'Sentry' and it would still work in terms of theme. No need for Orbitals and whatnot.
