(From wikipedia : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inversion_%28meteorology%29) This card is a re-imagination of the water-air synergy, which often is based around creature control, with inversion I am turning that synergy into permanent control and protection. Permanents hidden under fog cannot be targeted. The unupped can be used offensively, by preventing the opponent from activating some permanent ability, or defensively, by hiding your permanents from your opponent. The upped is more aggressive, you can still hide permanents, making them untargetable, but also you have increased the power of shockwave, so that it can now be used to destroy permanents, similar to deflagration. When hiding your own perm, you can't activate its skill?

no you cannot, because you cant click on it. however, in the unupped, any automatic abilities are unaffected. so for example, a spine carapace would be untargetable, but its poison CC would still work. Some thing like a Unstable gas would be untargetable, and you would be unable to set it off, when it is fog-ed.

Another good point, not only can it be some control for your opponents perms but it can protect your own. Very good. Versatility makes for good cards

What about sundail if it's fogged by the upped one it can't disappear after one turn but it's skill still work, or am I wrong?

It's non-active skill should still work, and it would still disappear after a turn. Just because it's fogged for 2 turns doesnt mean it can't be destroyed, just not targeted/activated

He said upped. I'd guess that creatures still attack, you can't draw and it dissapears normally.

yah, so with the unupped. the creatures would be delayed, but the opponent would not get the added benefit of the extra draw from hasten. however with the upped, sundial would not stop your creatures, and they get no draw, so its a double whammy.

Hm...getting an upped one out fast enough would essentially be the ultimate quanta denial, doing even more than poseidan/EQ.
