Fractal + Dim Shield owns in this War, to be sure. Take a look at how it is going: both
and
have reliable counters (miniTADA and PulvyBow) and they are the top teams. The most successful decks from other teams have been Fractal Recluses, Fractal Archangels, Ghostal, Fractix, Bonebolt (not really Dim Shields but Bonewalls are somewhat similar: less problems with PC, more problems vs Fractal)...
It's a very strong deck type, especially in an environment that runs low on PC cards. And I don't believe the Deflag nerf matters much: it's always been difficult to splash PC in some decks, one more quanta doesn't change THAT much.
